I hope that you guys are in good spirits, I got something for you to start your New
Year's resolution off just right, it is a 30 day challenge, another one, yes, so if
you've completed the 30 day challenge, the other fit/dance challenge and the 21 summertime
fine challenge, you're gonna love this one. If you have not completed any of the other
ones, you can start off with one as well. This the weight loss, body toning and sculpting
30 day challenge. So with this, you'll get videos that are gonna help you tone from head
to toe. So, your arms, that chest, ***,abs, the waist, trim it, you know, the thighs,
everything. The calves, the toes, you're gonna tone every part of your body along with some
fun fat burning and *** lifting dance workouts. I'm excited to share this with you because
I know a lot of you guys have New Year's resolutions right? But, here's the thing, this is a 30
day challenge but it's not just for 30 days that I want you to dedicate to yourself. I
want this just help boost your fitness and your nutrition level to the next level. Ok?
A lot of people start their New Year's resolutions and they only do it for like a month, maybe
two months, so this is gonna challenge you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so
you can keep it going and make this a lifestyle and not just a 30 day challenge. So, for those

guys know that abs come from the kitchen and what that means is what you eat is very important
that''s 80% of toning the body or looking good and losing that fat. You can't get it
by just *** crunches or just doing abs workouts. You have to eat the correct foods. A lot of
y'all ask me how do you get your abs, that's how I get my abs. I eat really good, I drink
plenty of water. This meal plan is literally my secret to the way that I look and I'm giving
it to you guys so please take advantage of that. like, you don't get a lot of fitness
instructors are not gonna give you everything, they're like I wanna look good, I want you
to see me looking good but I'm not gonna give you my secret, well I am! So, abs start in
